Delivery Options

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail: £2.49
Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Next Day Delivery – £4.99
Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched for delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the delivery address provided at checkout, Onda Active is not responsible for parcels that are subsequently reported as lost or missing.

If you believe your parcel has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and may request additional information to assist with the investigation.

Any claims for lost or missing parcels are subject to the courier’s investigation, tracking information, and delivery records. Onda Active reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement where the courier provides evidence that the order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If the courier confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
